We at PRIMA understands that plans change, and you might need to cancel your cab booking. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling the booking and the applicable charges.

1. Cancellation Window

   • 48 hours before the Scheduled pickup time: You can cancel your booking free of charge.

   • Within 24 hours before the Scheduled pickup time: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total fare applicable or the "Token Amount" paid for booking will be non-refundable.

   • Within 2 hours or Last moment Cancellation: A cancellation fee of 20% of the total fare will be applicable or the "Token Amount" paid for booking will be non-refundable.

2. No-Show Fee
   If you do not show up for your booked cab and do not inform us beforehand, a no-show fee of 25 % of the total fare will be applicable.

3. How to Cancel:

   • You can cancel your booking through our Email/WhatsApp Chat.

   • You can call our customer support at +91 959-951-8294 to cancel your booking.

4. Refund Process
   If you are eligible for a refund as per the cancellation policy, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 to 15 business days.

5. Modification of Booking:

   • You can modify your booking (change pickup or drop-off location, time, etc.) free of charge if done at least 24 hours before the booked time.

   • Any modifications requested within 24 hours of the booking are subject to availability and may incur a modification fee.

6. Exceptions: There may be exceptions to this cancellation policy in certain circumstances, such as:

   • Flight cancellations or delays: If your flight is cancelled or delayed, and you can provide documentation to support this, we may waive the cancellation fee.

   • Medical emergencies: If you experience a medical emergency that prevents you from traveling, and you can provide a doctor's note, we may waive the cancellation fee.
